Payment & Refund

Payments for Studio Bright Stream services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on bright-stream.forum.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from contact@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Finland norms.
• This payment page on this site is maintained by Studio Bright Stream; email contact@this site if a step looks outdated for Tampere.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact contact@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Tampere unless otherwise stated.

Most payment start with a short written brief at Studio and are answered in plain English during Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket Desk near Hämeenkatu 54.

Written care notes follow every clay modeling handoff here and we keep Finland holiday closures noted on the door card. City regulars know the door note is current.
